Diet & Workout

Yeah ..!!
After being so lazy .. I started a workout and diet plan to shake off this weight ..

Well... my target is to lose 10kg .. but frenz said its way too much, and its really not good for health.
But anyway, I'll try..
Now after a week of NO SALT policy and 600cal meals, workout for at least 30 mins, I've lost 2.9kgs .. yeahhh !!!!! So happy .. !

This NO SALT and strict menu should be taken for 13 days, but I changed here and there to meet my picky habit and to avoid my gastric problem and I made it into 9 days... but here I am.. surrendered to the temptation last night ...
Last night I had Fettuccine and garlic bread, and gosh .. I'm thinking that the meal will surely boost the weight again, the temptation is too strong .. hahahahaha!

So, need to work extra hard and routine to shake off the bums..

But for now, I'm so happy with what I've achieved and I believe I can still do more ..
